- Over 5,000 individual tax returns annually
- SME clients with turnovers typically between $2M–$10M
- A diverse portfolio providing solid compliance and advisory exposure

The Opportunity
An opportunity has arisen for an Intermediate Accountant to join the Geelong team.
This role is ideal for someone who:
- Wants to develop technically and professionally

- You’ll gain hands-on experience, strong client exposure, and ongoing support from a collaborative team environment.
Your Responsibilities - Preparing financial statements and tax returns
- Managing individual tax returns
- Working with SME clients across various industries
- Assisting with BAS, IAS, and compliance obligations
- Supporting senior staff and managers on client matters
- Building and maintaining client relationships
About You
- 2–4 years’ experience in public practice accounting
- Strong interest in tax and compliance work
- Experience with Xero (highly regarded)
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- Desire to grow within a long-term career pathway
