The Role
As an Intermediate Accountant, you’ll enjoy a balanced role that combines technical development with client engagement. You’ll gain hands-on exposure across a variety of entities while receiving guidance and support to progress in your career.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare financial statements for companies, trusts, partnerships, and SMSFs
- Complete income tax returns for individuals and a variety of business structures
- Prepare and lodge BAS and IAS
- Provide day-to-day support to clients on accounting systems and processes
- Assist with compliance matters, including Division 7A and other tax issues
- Build strong relationships with clients and deliver ongoing support
- At least 3 years’ experience in Business Services within an Australian public practice firm
- Excellent communication skills with a client-focused approach
- Australian permanent residency or citizenship
- Proactive, enthusiastic, and eager to take ownership of your work
- A genuine interest in ongoing learning and professional growth
