About the Role
As an Intermediate Accountant, you’ll work closely with seniors, managers, and directors on complex, high-quality work. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing financial statements, tax returns, and management reports for large, multi-entity groups
- Working with HNW individuals, international clients, and major construction companies
- Supporting compliance and advisory work for clients ranging from $5m to $1bn+
- Collaborating within a high-performing team in a fast-paced, professional environment
- Participating in structured training, mentoring, and development programs
- 2–4+ years’ experience in public practice
- A Bachelor of Accounting/Commerce
- CA/CPA (enrolled or intending to enrol)
- Strong technical foundations and attention to detail
- A positive, energetic, and team-focused mindset
- Experience with MYOB and/or Xero
- Only large, high-quality clients – no small work
