About the Role
As part of this high-performing team, you’ll gain exposure to a variety of clients – including individuals, family offices, SMEs, professionals, and international clients - while working closely with senior team members and Directors. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Preparing tax returns for companies, trusts, partnerships, superannuation funds, and individuals
- Preparing financial statements, management accounts, and activity statements at required intervals
- Liaising with the ATO and other regulatory bodies when required
- Supporting, assigning, and reviewing work of junior team members
- Engaging with clients as directed by leaders
- Contributing to a collaborative and positive firm culture
- 2–5+ years’ experience in business services/advisory within public practice
- CA/CPA qualified (or in progress)
- Strong tax and compliance knowledge across individuals, companies, and trusts
- A team-oriented and proactive approach with a desire to contribute to firm culture
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in Xero, Excel, Class, CAS preferred but not essential
- Bachelor of Accounting/Commerce from an Australian university
- Australian citizen or Permanent Resident
- Work on high-net-worth clients with diverse investments, including SMSFs
