The Opportunity
As a Junior Legal Secretary, you'll work closely with an experienced Senior Legal Secretary and legal team, providing essential administrative support across a busy Personal Injury practice.
This is a varied role that will allow you to further develop your legal knowledge while building a rewarding career in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Your Responsibilities - Drafting legal correspondence and documents
- Managing diaries, appointments and calendars
- Liaising with clients, medical providers and other third parties
- Printing, scanning and filing legal documents
- Maintaining electronic and paper files
- Assisting with the day-to-day operations of the Personal Injury team
- Identifying legal documents and supporting matters throughout the claims process
- General administrative support to ensure the team operates efficiently
About You To be successful in this role, you will have: - At least 1 year's experience as a Legal Secretary, Legal Assistant or in a similar legal support role
- Excellent administration and organisational skills
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Confident communication and professional phone manner
- Sound typing and document formatting skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- The ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
- Experience within Personal Injury law will be highly regarded but is not essential
