Working closely with the Principal, a supportive practice manager, and three capable lawyers, you’ll have genuine mentorship, weekly file meetings, and autonomy proportionate to your experience. Key Responsibilities - Manage a caseload tailored to your expertise (Family, Wills & Estates, or Property)
- Assist with matters in related practice areas where needed
- Draft and review legal documents, correspondence, and court materials
- Attend court appearances
- Collaborate with the Principal and team during weekly file meetings
- Build strong client relationships within a demographic of engaged, invested clients
- Contribute to a positive team culture and client focused service
Candidate Requirements - Willingness to learn across Family, Wills & Estates, and Property (even if your focus is just one)
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a close-knit team
- Friendly, social personality - someone who enjoys contributing to a positive workplace
- Ability to run files independently (for senior lawyers) or with guidance (for juniors)
