A well established and growing national plaintiff firm is looking to welcome a Personal Injury Lawyer to its expanding teams across multiple states.

The Role
You’ll work closely with senior lawyers and Directors on a range of plaintiff personal injury matters, gaining exposure to complex files while progressively developing your own caseload.
This is a hands on, development focused role where you’ll be supported through a structured, team-based environment with direct mentorship.
Key Responsibilities - Assist on and progressively manage plaintiff personal injury files
- Draft correspondence, court documents, and briefs
- Liaise with clients, experts, and insurers
- Support senior lawyers on complex and higher value matters
- Build confidence in file management and client interaction
About You - 0-3 years PQE with exposure to personal injury law (plaintiff experience highly regarded)
- Strong interest in building a long term career in plaintiff PI
- Organised, proactive, and eager to learn
- Confident communicator with a genuine interest in helping clients
- Ability to work collaboratively within a close knit team
