An exciting opportunity is available with a progressive and expanding law firm that has recently invested heavily in refining its systems, structure and long term strategy. The firm is now entering a significant growth phase and is seeking experienced lawyers across Commercial, Family and Wills & Estates.

This opportunity would suit a lawyer who is confident managing their own files, enjoys autonomy and is motivated to contribute to a growing and forward thinking practice.

Depending on your background, you may work across:

Wills & Estates

• Complex wills and structuring
• Testamentary trusts
• Estate administration & probate
• Estate litigation
• Family provision/Part IV claims

Family Law

• Property and parenting matters
• Binding Financial Agreements
• Court documentation and orders

Commercial

• SME advisory
• Business transactions
• General commercial matters

What We're Looking For

• Ability to manage files with a high degree of autonomy
• Strong technical capability, particularly in complex matters
• Commercial awareness and confidence managing client relationships
• A proactive mindset with an interest in business development
• Someone who takes pride in their work and values strong client service
• Interest in mentoring junior staff or contributing to process improvement (desirable)
