Lawyer - Intellectual Property | 2-3+ years PQE

The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a mid-level Intellectual Property lawyer to join a highly regarded IP practice within a top-tier environment. This role offers exposure to complex, high value matters and the chance to work with sophisticated local and international clients across a broad range of industries.

The Role
Working as part of a specialist IP team, you will gain hands on experience across both contentious and non-contentious matters, including:

• Intellectual property disputes and litigation
• Patents, trade marks, copyright and designs
• Brand protection and anti-counterfeiting strategies
• Australian Consumer Law and regulatory matters
• Confidential information and trade secrets
• IP licensing, commercialisation and transactional work

You will collaborate closely with senior lawyers and technical specialists, contributing to high profile matters while continuing to build your expertise across the full IP lifecycle.

About You

• 2–3 years’ PQE in intellectual property or related commercial litigation
• Experience gained within a top-tier or highly regarded firm preferred
• Strong drafting, analytical and research skills
• Commercially minded with strong attention to detail
• A proactive, collaborative approach and eagerness to learn
