The Role
As a Legal Assistant, you’ll be supporting two respected Family Lawyers with a variety of administrative and client-focused tasks. Your role will be integral to ensuring smooth workflow and 5-star service delivery in a busy practice.
Key Responsibilities - Diary and email management
- Drafting, preparing, and lodging court documents
- Preparing and editing legal correspondence
- Monthly billing and timesheet management
- Client liaison and file management
- General administrative and office duties
About You - Previous experience in a Legal Assistant or Personal Assistant role, Family Law experience would be highly regarded
- Proficient in legal document preparation and court processes
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a Dynamic team
