Legal Assistant / PA - Wills & Estates - RARE 1:1 Opportunity!

This is a wonderful opportunity to join one of Melbourne's top firms. This award winning firm is the one to work for! In this exciting role you will be responsible for providing direct support to a lovely Wills & Estates Partner.

The Opportunity:

• Diary management, including scheduling of appointments, meetings and conferences;
• Telephone - filter incoming calls and deal with inquiries and requests;
• Digital dictation;
• Draft and finalise correspondence, basic wills and probates;
• Billing - throughout the month, checking time sheet entries and monthly expenses and
• File management - ensure filing is kept up to date.

To be successful in this role, you will have prior experience as a legal assistant or PA in Wills & Estates.
