The Role:
Supporting a busy and high-performing Managing Partner, your responsibilities will include:
- Drafting legal documents and correspondence
- Liaising directly with clients and stakeholders
- Managing billing, file administration, and workflow
- Conducting legal research
- Providing proactive, forward-thinking support
This role offers variety, pace, and the opportunity to be involved in all aspects of the practice.
About you: - Previous experience as a Legal Assistant or Paralegal
- Exposure to Corporate/Commercial or Property law is advantageous
- Experience with PEXA, ASIC, InfoTrack or lease documentation is beneficial
- Highly organised with strong time management capabilities
- Proactive, with the ability to anticipate needs and priorities
- Strong communication skills and a professional, adaptable approach
This position is also well suited to a Legal Assistant looking to step into a more senior, 1:1 role.
