The Role:
Supporting one of the firm's lawyers, your responsibilities will include:
- Managing client liaison, both internally and externally
- File management from commencement through to completion
- Diary and inbox management
- Preparing briefs, court documents and legal correspondence
- Coordinating meetings, mediations and court hearings
- Answering and managing incoming calls
- Providing high-level administrative support to your lawyer
- Assisting with the smooth day-to-day running of the practice
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A minimum of 3 years' Personal Injury litigation experience (preferred)
- Exceptional organisational and administrative skills
- Outstanding communication and client service skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Professional telephone manner
- The ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively within a team
- Proficiency across the Microsoft Office Suite
