The Opportunity:
As a Legal Assistant, you'll play an integral role in keeping a busy practice running smoothly while building strong relationships with clients and colleagues. You'll enjoy a varied role where no two days are the same, working within a supportive team that encourages growth and career development.
Your Responsibilities - High-level diary and email management
- Coordinating internal and external meetings and events
- Booking travel and managing itineraries
- Opening and closing matters
- Electronic filing, document and records management
- Drafting, formatting and amending legal documents and correspondence
- Monthly billing, time entry and invoice processing
- Maintaining client databases and matter information
- Providing general administrative support to Partners and lawyers
About You To be successful, you will bring: - At least 2 years' experience as a Legal Assistant or in a similar administrative role
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A proactive attitude with the ability to use initiative
- Confidence managing competing priorities in a busy environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (experience with legal practice management systems will be highly regarded)
