The Opportunity:
Working within a supportive Wills & Estates team, you will play a key role in providing administrative and file support across estate planning, probate and estate administration matters.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Managing file opening, closing and archiving procedures
• Preparing and formatting legal documents, correspondence and briefs
• Assisting with drafting standard forms, letters and estate administration documents
• Coordinating client appointments, diary management and meeting preparation
• Handling telephone and email enquiries with professionalism and empathy
• Maintaining accurate records and document management systems
• Supporting lawyers with probate applications and estate administration tasks
• Liaising with clients, courts, external agencies and internal stakeholders
• Assisting with billing, reporting and general administration duties
• Supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of the Wills & Estates team
About You:
• Previous administrative or legal support experience
• Wills & Estates experience highly regarded but not essential
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
• A proactive, client-focused approach
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently within a busy, high-performing team
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
