The Opportunity: Supporting a dynamic Wills & Estates team, this role will see you working across estate administration and estate litigation matters in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.
This position is perfect for someone who enjoys client interaction, thrives in a collaborative team and takes pride in delivering exceptional support.
Your Responsibilities Will Include: - Assisting with probate and letters of administration
- Supporting estate litigation matters
- Preparing legal documents, correspondence and bills
- Diary management and appointment coordination
- Managing client enquiries via phone and email
- File management and document filing
- Assisting the wider team with administration support
- Helping coordinate workflow and team priorities
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Legal Assistant or PA
- Previous Wills & Estates experience (highly regarded)
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and client service skills
- The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive and team-focused approach
Experience with Caseflow, FileSite and/or Affinity will be highly regarded.
