Litigation and Dispute Resolution Lawyer - 2-4 yrs PQE

Working closely with experienced senior practitioners, you will gain exposure to a broad range of complex and interesting litigation matters across multiple industries and sectors. The Opportunity
This is a hands on role suited to a lawyer who enjoys variety, autonomy and working in a fast paced practice. You will work across a broad range of commercial litigation and dispute resolution matters, including:

• Commercial and contractual disputes
• Shareholder and partnership disputes
• Corporate and personal insolvency matters
• Property and leasing disputes, including retail leasing
• Competition and consumer law matters
• Professional negligence claims
• Equity and defamation disputes
• Insurance coverage matters
• Litigation across major courts and tribunals

The team is known for its collaborative and collegiate culture, where lawyers are encouraged to take ownership of matters, build strong client relationships and contribute meaningfully to the continued growth of the practice.

You will ideally bring:

• 2-4 years’ PQE in commercial litigation or dispute resolution
• Strong exposure to litigation processes and civil procedure
• Excellent drafting, communication and analytical skills
• A commercially minded and client focused approach
• The ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment
• A positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
• A genuine interest in developing your long term career within a leading commercial practice

Experience across insolvency, corporations law, property disputes, ACL matters or insurance disputes will be highly regarded.
