The firm works across a wide mix of litigation and transactional matters, giving you the chance to sharpen your advocacy skills while also developing a strong commercial grounding.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and progress your own commercial litigation files with appropriate supervision
- Draft pleadings, letters of demand, witness statements, and other core litigation documents
- Conduct legal research and analyse complex fact patterns
- Engage directly with clients, counsel and third parties
- Assist with directions hearings, mediations, negotiations and broader matter strategy
- Contribute to transactional matters across property, insurance, construction and general commercial
- Once established, assist in supporting more junior team members
- 1-2+ years PQE in commercial litigation
- Strong drafting, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively
- Down to earth, commercially astute personality with a strong work ethic
- Someone proactive, reliable and committed to producing high quality work

- Work closely with two senior lawyers and the supervising Principal
