I'm working with a highly regarded boutique firm with a strong reputation in dispute resolution. Due to growth, they’re looking to add an intermediate lawyer to their busy and close knit litigation team. This is an opportunity to step into a role where you’ll have real responsibility, quality work, and direct access to experienced mentors.
The Role You’ll work across a diverse mix of matters, including:
- General commercial litigation
- Building & construction disputes
- Bankruptcy & insolvency matters
This is a hands on role where you’ll be trusted to run files, engage directly with clients, and play a key role in progressing matters from start to finish.
What You’ll Be Doing - Advising clients and managing correspondence on complex disputes
- Drafting court documents including pleadings, statements of claim, and briefs
- Preparing high quality written advice and legal documentation
- Liaising with barristers, experts, insurers, and clients
- Managing the full carriage files with strong organisational discipline
- Supporting and mentoring junior team members

About You - 3+ years PQE in litigation (commercial litigation experience preferred)
