An exceptional opportunity has arisen to join a highly regarded boutique litigation practice specialising in Building & Construction disputes. My client is always interested in meeting talented litigation lawyers who are looking to accelerate their careers and work on some of the most complex and high profile disputes in the sector.
You will gain exposure to sophisticated litigation matters across VCAT, the County Court and the Supreme Court, acting for builders, developers, owners corporations and homeowners. The practice handles a broad range of disputes, including domestic building matters, commercial litigation, Security of Payment claims, insolvency issues and complex multi-party proceedings.
This opportunity is ideally suited to a lawyer with 2+ years PQE who is seeking hands on experience, strong mentorship and genuine career progression. The successful candidate will receive close support and training from experienced practitioners before progressing to manage matters with increasing autonomy and responsibility.
