The Role
A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Supervisor or Junior Manager ready to elevate their career. You'll work closely with approachable Partners and lead a capable team, all while expanding your influence and expertise.
  
Your Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a diverse client portfolio—ranging from ambitious SMEs to major corporates across various sectors
• Supervise, coach, and develop junior staff
• Deliver both compliance and strategic advisory services
• Build and maintain meaningful client relationships
• Drive client communication and strategy in partnership with senior leadership
• Play an active role in business development and client onboarding

What You Bring:

• 5–7 years’ experience within an Australian public practice firm
• CA or CPA qualified
• Solid technical expertise, including Div 7A, GST, and CGT
• Natural leadership with a passion for team development
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• A growth mindset and ambition to reach Senior Management
