The Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Supervisor or Junior Manager ready to take their career to the next level. You’ll have direct access to approachable Partners who are committed to mentoring and supporting your progression to a Senior Management position.
Responsibilities May Include
- Manage a high-quality, diverse portfolio of clients, ranging from fast-growing SMEs to large corporates across multiple industries
- Supervise, coach and inspire a team of junior accountants
- Deliver both compliance and value-added business advisory services
- Build and nurture strong client relationships
- Take ownership of client communication and strategy development
- Work closely with Partners to identify and onboard new clients
- 5–7 years of experience in Business Services within an Australian accounting firm
- CA/CPA qualification
- Strong technical knowledge across areas including Div 7A, GST and CGT
- A natural leadership style and a passion for mentoring junior team members
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A drive for professional growth and an appetite for future leadership
- Ongoing professional development and structured monthly training
