The Role

Key Responsibilities
- Manage a diverse client base, including high-growth SMEs and large businesses
- Oversee compliance and advisory engagements across a range of industries
- Mentor and lead junior accountants, supporting their technical and professional growth
- Build lasting client relationships and provide strategic insights
- Collaborate with Partners on new client acquisition and service delivery
- 5–7 years of experience in Australian public practice (Business Services)
- CA or CPA qualification
- Solid technical expertise across tax and advisory, including CGT, Div 7A, GST
- A genuine passion for leadership and team development
- Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset
- Structured training and development – monthly sessions and ongoing support
- Clear path to senior leadership roles
