The Role
As Manager, you’ll take the lead in client relationships, people development, and business growth. Your day-to-day will include:
- Advising clients on tax and business matters, with a focus on building lasting partnerships
- Leading and mentoring your team to deliver high-quality accounting, tax, and advisory services
- Managing workflow, budgets, KPIs, and reporting
- Collaborating with colleagues across divisions to deliver holistic financial solutions
- Driving business development through networks and existing relationships
- CA/CPA qualified (additional credentials like CFP are a plus)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, or Finance
- 5+ years in Public Practice, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Strong technical knowledge in taxation and compliance
- A confident communicator and natural leader with high EQ
- Skilled with Xero and comfortable with digital tools
