The Role As a Manager, you will be central to the delivery of financial and taxation services, while supporting the growth and management of the firm. You’ll manage client relationships, supervise and review the work of junior staff, and actively participate in the running of the business.
You will:
- Deliver accounting services, including preparation of annual financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and management reports for a variety of entities (trusts, companies, superannuation funds, partnerships)
- Provide corporate secretarial services and present financial statements to clients
- Supervise and prepare taxation services including income tax returns, BAS/IAS lodgements, and tax planning advice
- Conduct client meetings, reviews of business structures, and ongoing tax advisory
- Mentor, train, and support junior staff on technical, accounting, and software matters
- Participate in management and strategic planning meetings, contributing to firm improvements, workflows, and policies
- Maintain compliance with firm policies, deadlines, and professional standards

Who They’re Looking For - CA or CPA qualified, degree in Business or Accounting
- At least 6 years’ professional services experience, with proven ability to manage client portfolios (~$250K fees)
- Strong technical knowledge in accounting and Australian taxation, SMSFs advantageous
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and commercial awareness
- Energetic, confident, client-focused, and team-oriented personality
- Leadership ability, mentoring skills, and a collaborative approach
