- Leading and mentoring junior staff and overseeing workflow
- Maintaining strong client relationships and delivering high-quality work
- Supporting the firm’s culture through engagement in team events and initiatives
- Driving efficiency, excellence, and collaboration across your portfolio
We are looking for a high-energy, positive, and technically capable professional who thrives in a collaborative environment. Ideally, you will bring:
- Proven experience in public practice, ideally in a manager or senior manager capacity
- CA/CPA qualified (or equivalent)
- Strong technical skills in taxation, compliance, and business services
- Ability to mentor and support junior staff while managing a significant workload
- Exceptional communication and client management skills
- Experience with MYOB full suite (or similar) preferred
