Current Opportunities

Manager A hands-on leadership role where you’ll guide a talented team and work directly with high-value clients.
Key focus areas:

• Lead, mentor, and develop staff to achieve their best
• Drive workflows, budgets, WIP, and KPI performance
• Deliver strategic advisory and tax solutions across SME and HNW groups
• Build and maintain deep client relationships while bringing in new business opportunities
• Ensure compliance, quality, and continuous improvement in processes

Ideal for a proven leader with excellent technical skills, stakeholder management experience, and a people-first approach.

Senior Accountant Take ownership of a client portfolio, develop your advisory expertise, and play a key role in training juniors.
Key focus areas:

• Manage tax compliance: returns, financials, BAS, and reconciliations
• Exposure to complex areas: CGT, FBT, Div7a, GST, R&D Offsets
• Advisory work including tax planning, cashflow forecasting, valuations & performance meetings
• Client relationship management – running meetings and providing proactive updates
• Workflow management and assisting the leadership team

Perfect for someone CA/CPA qualified or close to completion who thrives on client-facing work and wants to progress into management.

Junior Accountant Build your foundation with hands-on experience, training, and exposure to a wide range of clients.
Key focus areas:

• Assist in preparing tax returns, financial statements & BAS
• Work closely with seniors and managers on client engagements
• Shadow senior staff in client meetings to develop advisory skills
• Develop a strong technical grounding while working across HNW and SME clients
• Gain support for CA/CPA studies, mentorship, and ongoing training

Best suited for someone degree-qualified (or near completion), eager to learn, and excited to build a long-term career in public practice.
