The Opportunity
They are looking for a seasoned office with a background in accounting firms to lead and support their accounting firm.
Your duties may include:
- Lead and mentor the administration team
- Process and procedure review and improvement
- Software review and improvement
- Overseeing of budgets and reviewing costs for the firm
- Working closely with the firms leadership team
- General oversight on the day-to-day of the firm and the team
About You - 5+ Years in a similar role in an accounting firm
- Confident using Xero and BGL CAS360
- Techy savvy and able to adapt to new systems
- Good attention to detail
- Able to build rapport with clients and colleagues
