The Role:
An exciting opportunity exists for a 
Partner level Corporate Lawyer to join a dynamic and expanding team. You’ll work alongside highly regarded Partners and play a key role in supporting the firm’s growing client base of founders and investors.
 You’ll be advising clients on complex corporate matters, including: 
 - Structuring and governance for scale-ups and emerging companies
- M&A, capital raising, and strategic transactions
- Supporting US investors and companies entering the Australian market
- Advising across the full business lifecycle
 This role offers autonomy and leadership scope, with genuine support from experienced senior lawyers. You’ll also have the opportunity to contribute strategically to the firm’s ongoing projects and growth initiatives.

About you:Ideally, you’ll be a Partner with a solid corporate law background and an existing practice you’re keen to grow. 
Senior Associates with 5+ yrs PQE who are commercially astute, ambitious, and ready to take the next step toward partnership will also be considered.
 You’ll bring: 
 - Strong technical skills in corporate and commercial law
- Experience working with investors, founders, or high growth companies
- A collaborative mindset and genuine interest in strategic business growth
- A small client base or revenue stream to transition with you
