About the Role It’s a really lovely 1:1 opportunity. The Partner is extremely supportive, kind and genuinely great to work with, and she’s looking for someone who can become a trusted right hand and assist with document preparation, diary management and the day-to-day responsibilities that come with being a strong PA.

Your Responsibilities - Preparing and generating Family Court documentation
- Drafting initial correspondence and costs disclosures
- Managing complex diaries, appointments and critical deadlines
- Maintaining electronic files and matter management systems
- Time recording, billing and account administration
- Liaising with clients, barristers, courts and external stakeholders
- Managing incoming enquiries and providing exceptional client service
- Monitoring client accounts and following up outstanding payments
- General administrative support including document preparation, scanning, filing and correspondence
About You We are specifically looking for someone who is committed to building a career in legal support and sees themselves developing within the profession long term.
- Previous experience as a Family Law Legal Assistant
- Strong knowledge of Family Court procedures and documentation
- A genuine interest in developing a long-term career in legal support
- Experience using Affinity is highly regarded
- Excellent Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
