The Opportunity:
As a Personal Assistant, you'll provide high-level administrative and organisational support to Partners and legal teams, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of matters in a fast-paced practice.
Your responsibilities will include: - Providing executive and administrative support to Partners and legal professionals.
- Managing complex diaries, appointments and travel arrangements.
- Preparing, formatting and proofreading legal correspondence, contracts and documentation.
- Liaasing with clients while delivering exceptional client service.
- Opening and maintaining client files.
- Managing monthly billing and reporting.
- Lodging documents through various court filing systems.
- Assisting with general practice administration and matter management.
About You To be successful in this role, you will have: - Previous experience supporting Partners, Executives or senior professionals within a law firm or professional services environment.
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
- Outstanding attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment.
- A proactive, positive and team-focused approach.
