This is a fantastic opportunity for a lawyer with strong Property and Commercial Law experience who’s ready to take the next step into a leadership focused role!
In this role, you’ll support a talented team of conveyancers while also managing a mix of matters across Property and Commercial law. You’ll have the autonomy to take initial instructions, run your own files from start to finish, and play an active role in mentoring and developing junior team members.
Key Responsibilities - Manage a variety of files across Property and Commercial Law
- Provide guidance and mentorship to conveyancers and junior lawyers
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of legal documents and agreements
- Take initial client instructions and manage client relationships with professionalism and care
- Contribute to the firm’s positive team culture and uphold its reputation for exceptional client service
Candidate Requirements - 3-6 years post admission experience, ideally in Property and/or Commercial Law
- Strong technical knowledge and the ability to manage files independently
- Leadership or mentoring experience (or a genuine interest in developing these skills)
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills
- A proactive, team oriented approach and commitment to delivering practical, high quality advice
