We are working with a highly regarded boutique law firm seeking a Commercial Lawyer to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to work closely with experienced practitioners, take ownership of quality matters and continue developing their commercial expertise within a collaborative environment.
The role will have a strong focus on commercial leasing and sale and purchase of business transactions, with the opportunity to work across a broad range of commercial matters. You will work closely with experienced lawyers on interesting and complex files, with exposure to a diverse client base including business owners and high-net-worth individuals.

The Opportunity:
- Manage a variety of commercial matters including leasing and business sale/purchase transactions
- Work closely with experienced Partners and senior practitioners
- Develop your technical skills across a broad range of commercial areas
- Opportunity to gain exposure to additional practice areas including property, wills & estates and litigation (if of interest)
- Take ownership of matters while receiving support when needed
- Work within a close-knit team that values collaboration and long-term relationships
- 2+ years PQE with experience in commercial law
- Experience in commercial leasing and/or business transactions highly regarded
- A proactive and commercially minded lawyer who enjoys client interaction
- Someone who values working in a supportive, team-focused environment
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build trusted client relationships
- A lawyer who is ambitious and interested in long-term career development
