An innovative and fast growing law firm is seeking a talented Property Lawyer to join its expanding property practice!
This is an exciting opportunity for a confident, commercially minded lawyer who can hit the ground running and is looking for something different from the traditional law firm model.
The Firm Founded in 2020, this modern practice was built with a clear vision: to deliver high quality legal services without the rigid structures, excessive billing pressures, and inflexibility often found in larger firms.
Operating on a fixed-fee model, the firm focuses on tangible outcomes rather than timesheets, allowing lawyers to concentrate on client service and commercial results instead of billable targets.
The team services a strong and growing client base, primarily consisting of developers and businesses, providing the expertise of a larger firm within a more agile and personalised environment.
The Role You will work across a broad range of property matters, including:
- Property transactions
- Commercial and retail leasing
- Property developments
- General property advisory work
This role offers a high level of autonomy. You will be trusted to manage your own files and build strong client relationships, while still working closely with experienced senior lawyers and leadership.
For more senior candidates, there is genuine scope to be involved in:
- Mentoring junior lawyers
- Business development initiatives
- Strategic growth of the property practice
What We’re Looking For - Minimum 3 years PQE in property law (senior candidates are encouraged to apply)
- Strong experience in transactions, leasing and development matters
- Ability to manage files independently
- Commercial mindset and client focused approach
- A collaborative personality and strong cultural fit
Why This Role Stands Out - No billable hour targets, enjoy a fixed-fee model with outcome focused delivery
- Hybrid working – 2 days from home, 3 days in-office
- Genuinely flexible environment, including family friendly policies
- Clear and open career progression pathways (Senior Associate / Partnership potential depending on your goals)
- Annual salary and performance reviews
- Regular team bonding activities and quarterly events
- Supportive, down to earth leadership
This is a firm that values personality fit just as highly as technical ability. The culture is collaborative, modern and commercially minded.
