The Role
You will work across a broad range of property matters, including:
- Property transactions
- Commercial and retail leasing
- Property developments
- General property advisory work
For more senior candidates, there is genuine scope to be involved in:
- Mentoring junior lawyers
- Business development initiatives
- Strategic growth of the property practice
- Minimum 3 years PQE in property law (senior candidates are encouraged to apply)
- Strong experience in transactions, leasing and development matters
- Ability to manage files independently
- Commercial mindset and client focused approach
- A collaborative personality and strong cultural fit
- No billable hour targets, enjoy a fixed-fee model with outcome focused delivery
- Hybrid working – 2 days from home, 3 days in-office
