Are you an experienced property lawyer ready to hit the ground running? This is an excellent opportunity to join a lively and supportive regional practice, while taking ownership of a significant pipeline of new property matters.
The firm has recently taken over an influx of conveyancing work, with the team now focused on supporting these new clients. You’ll work closely with partners and a collaborative group of lawyers and support staff in an environment that values hard work but knows how to have fun.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end to end conveyancing matters, including Section 32s and settlements
- Handle sale and purchase of business transactions
- Work across residential, commercial, industrial and farms
- Assist with development matters and general property work
- Liaise with clients
- Manage property matters originating from referrals
- Ensure smooth running and timely progression of all files
- Experience in property law and conveyancing (end-to-end essential)
- Ideally 1-3+ years PQE
- Strong organisational, drafting, and communication skills
- Ability to manage files independently and work efficiently under time pressures
- Someone who thrives in a lively, team focused environment
- A practical, approachable lawyer comfortable working with a broad client base
- Salary from $75,000 to $95,000 + super (experience dependent)
