Property Lawyer - 4+ yrs PQE

This is a well-established law firm with a rich history and a portfolio of long-standing, high level clients. You will be situated in their property team which consists of a team leader, senior lawyers, junior lawyers and a number of experienced, self-managed conveyancers and legal support, leaving you to focus on the complex and interesting work.

Key matters include:

• Sale and purchase of properties (commercial and residential)
• Pre-contractual advice
• Subdivision/realignment of boundaries
• Preparation of Loan Agreements and Partition Agreements
• Transfers between spouses (including pursuant to Court Orders)
• Transfers to beneficiaries (Wills, Trusts, SMSF)
• Guarantee advice
• Retirement village acquisitions/dispositions
• Adverse possession cases
