The Role:
As the first point of contact for clients, you will play a key role in delivering a positive client experience while ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the office.
Key responsibilities include: - Answering and directing incoming telephone calls
- Greeting clients and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
- Managing appointments and meeting room bookings
- Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Maintaining electronic filing and document management systems
- Assisting with the preparation of client documents and reports
- Data entry and database management
- Providing administrative support to the accounting team
- General office administration and coordination
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
- Previous experience within an accounting firm or professional services environment (highly regarded)
- 1–2 years' experience in reception, administration, client services, or a similar role
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- A professional presentation and positive attitude
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
- A proactive approach and willingness to contribute to a team environment
