What you’ll be doing:

• Answering phones, managing inboxes, and coordinating appointments and diaries
• Welcoming clients and visitors with warmth and professionalism
• Assisting with billing, data entry, and general administrative support
• Maintaining office supplies and handling outgoing correspondence
• Supporting a busy legal team with day-to-day tasks as needed

About you:

• Confident, well-presented, and naturally organised
• Calm, friendly, and professional with exceptional communication skills
• Previous reception experience in professional services is highly regarded, but strong customer service skills in other industries will also be considered
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with a proactive, can-do attitude
• Eager to learn, grow, and become an integral part of a tight-knit team
