The Opportunity As Receptionist / Office Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of the firm, ensuring the smooth operation of the office and a welcoming experience for all clients and staff. Your proactive attitude, organisational skills, and friendly approach make you ideally suited to this role.
You will be responsible for: - Greeting clients warmly and professionally; answering and directing calls.
- Scheduling meetings, managing meeting rooms, and preparing refreshments.
- Managing mail, banking, office supplies, scanning, filing, and general admin.
- Supporting the Office Manager and team with ad hoc administrative tasks.
- Maintaining reception and office areas to a professional standard.
- Participating in internal training, team updates, and contributing to a positive office culture.
