The Role
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Accountant or emerging Manager who is ready to take ownership of a client portfolio while stepping into a leadership and mentoring capacity.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Managing a portfolio of high-quality clients across various industries
- Reviewing financial statements and tax returns
- Providing tax planning and advisory services
- Mentoring and reviewing the work of junior team members
- Attending management meetings and contributing to firm-wide decisions
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
About You
- 6 + years’ experience in Australian public practice
- CA/CPA qualified (or near completion)
- Strong technical knowledge across tax and compliance
- Experience managing or reviewing staff (or readiness to step into this)
- Confident communicator with strong client relationship skills
- Experience with cloud-based systems (Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks, etc.)
