What You'll Be Doing - Manage a diverse portfolio of clients across a range of industries
- Prepare and review financial statements and tax returns for companies, trusts, partnerships and high-net-worth individuals
- Deliver tax planning and business advisory services
- Work on complex tax matters including Division 7A, FBT, payroll tax, trust distributions and business structuring
- Prepare management reports, budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis
- Build trusted relationships with clients and provide commercial advice
- Mentor and review the work of junior accountants
- Collaborate with senior leaders on advisory projects, restructures and strategic business matters
- Liaise with the ATO and other key stakeholders
What You'll Bring - 4+ years' Australian public practice experience
- CA or CPA qualified
- Strong taxation and business services knowledge
- Experience with tax planning and advisory work
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills
- Strong technical capability across Australian tax legislation
- Experience using Xero, CAS360 and Microsoft Excel
- A proactive mindset with the ability to manage competing priorities
- A genuine desire to mentor others and continue developing professionally
