The Opportunity
This is an excellent opportunity to join a progressive firms where you'll work closely with Partners and manage a diverse portfolio of clients across a range of industries. You'll provide high-quality accounting, taxation and advisory services while building long-term client relationships and contributing to the development of junior team members.

Key Responsibilities - Manage a portfolio of companies, trusts, partnerships, individuals and self-managed superannuation funds.
- Prepare and review financial statements, income tax returns and compliance work.
- Deliver taxation, accounting and business advisory services.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and proactive advice.
- Assist clients with tax planning, business structuring and commercial decision-making.
- Review work completed by junior accountants and provide technical guidance.
- Mentor and develop junior team members through coaching and ongoing support.
- Manage workflow, budgets and client deadlines to ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Work closely with the Partners to identify opportunities to add value to clients.
About You
To be successful, you will have:
- CA or CPA qualification.
- Extensive experience within Australian public practice accounting.
- Strong technical knowledge across taxation and compliance.
- Experience managing a client portfolio independently.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Previous experience reviewing work and mentoring junior staff.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong organisational skills.
