The Company

The Role
Manage a diverse portfolio of clients and provide full compliance as well as value added advisory services
  

• Achieve and maintain team budgets and deadlines via effective workflow management
• Supervise and mentor accounting staff and provide guidance and training
• Analyse and review financial statements, prepare budgets, and cash flow projections, and provide recommendations to improve financial performance
• Review and advise on management accounting reporting packs for your portfolio and have regular meetings with clients to discuss
• Identify, research and resolve complex accounting issues
• Keep up to date with changes in accounting and tax laws, regulation and standards to ensure clients remain compliant and informed
• Act as trusted advisor to key stakeholders (business owner, CEO & CFO) within your clients’ businesses.

About You

• 5+ years’ experience in a similar role with demonstrated experience in a leadership or mentoring role
• CA or CPA qualified with a relevant degree in Accounting
• Ability to project manage with a goal orientated approach
• Client focused
• Excellent management and supervisory skills
• High level of communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
• Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
