My client is a full service law firm, practicing in various areas such as commercial, property, litigation, wills & estates, family and more! The Role:
You will be situated in their high performing and diverse litigation practice, compromising of multiple partners, seniors, juniors and legal support. Having a balanced team will provide you paramount support from the partners to seek guidance on complex matters and invest in your development, as well as leaning on other seniors in the team to bounce ideas off and delegate smaller tasks to juniors/legal support. You will have a stimulating file load as the work is varied across different client types, ranging from matters in general commercial litigation, insolvency/debt recovery, property disputes, building disputes and much more!
As a senior in the team, you will be empowered to take charge of your files with direct client contact. You will play an integral part in the junior’s development through day-to-day mentoring. With clearly defined and structured career pathway plans in place, there is plenty of scope to continue developing in your career, aligning to your own career goals!
