The Role: An exciting opportunity exists for a 
Senior Family Lawyer (5+ PQE) to join the team. You’ll manage a broad range of family law matters with a 50/50 split between property and parenting work. The role is ideal for a capable lawyer who enjoys running matters autonomously while mentoring junior team members.
 You’ll have: 
 - Full carriage of files and direct client contact
- The opportunity to lead 1–2 juniors and support their development
- Ongoing access to guidance from the Principal for complex matters
- The autonomy to manage your own practice within a genuinely supportive structure
