The role:
An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced practitioner to join the Property & Development team in Melbourne. The successful candidate will work across a diverse and sophisticated range of matters, including:
- Managing complex commercial, industrial, retail and residential transactions, acquisitions and bulk developments
- Acting on large scale project work and leasing matters
- Supervising and mentoring junior lawyers, law clerks and support staff
- Contributing to business development initiatives and client relationship management
The team operates across a variety of areas, including general property transactions and development, commercial leasing, local and state government work and more. With a leading Property & Development practice, the firm services a broad range of clients including developers, commercial landlords, government entities and private clients. Their Melbourne team includes 7 Partners, Special Counsels, several Senior Associates, Associates and Lawyers, supported by a team of dedicated legal support staff. You’ll have autonomy to run your matters, with the support from a highly collegiate and friendly team.
