The Firm:
This well established national firm has evolved into one of Australia’s most progressive and people focused workplaces. With offices across the country, they offer top tier quality work while maintaining a down to earth, collaborative culture.
Their office space reflects their modern approach: an open, innovative environment complete with collaboration hubs, a café style lounge for client workshops, and a strong sense of community across teams.
The culture is genuinely supportive and social with regular events, sporting teams, and a national Christmas celebration that brings all offices together. Their approach to flexibility is pragmatic: no micromanagement, just accountability, trust, and flexibility to work two days from home.
The firm prides itself on career development and transparency around progression. Regular performance and salary reviews are built into their framework, with clear pathways for advancement and opportunities for future equity partnership for those with leadership aspirations.
