With offices across the country, the firm offers the depth of a full-service commercial practice while maintaining a genuinely collaborative and social environment.
Their workplace is modern and vibrant, located in a beautifully renovated Melbourne CBD office designed to foster innovation and collaboration, complete with a café-style client lounge, an innovation lab, and diverse workspaces. The firm has continued to evolve its culture and brand, focusing on attracting exceptional talent and being an employer of choice in the mid-tier market.
With a flexible hybrid model (2 days WFH), structured career development, and an emphasis on trust over micromanagement, the firm supports its people to grow, contribute, and succeed.
The Role: An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Associate or Senior Associate to join the firm’s Corporate Banking & Finance team. This is a genuine
growth role, ideal for someone with 4–5 years’ post-admission experience, or a strong Associate looking to step up and take on more responsibility.
You’ll work closely with highly regarded senior practitioners, including a hands-on and supportive senior practitioner with deep technical expertise, and report directly to the team leader, a respected partner in the group. - Progressive, social, and people focused culture
- Annual salary and performance reviews
- Structured career development and transparent promotion pathways
- Excellent networking opportunities and access to various professional communities
- Paid parental leave
- Access to wellbeing and support platforms (for employees and family)

- State of the art CBD office with café, collaboration hub, and modern facilities
