The Role You will advise a diverse range of business clients, property developers, investors and private clients across matters including:
- Sale and purchase of businesses
- Commercial leasing
- Commercial agreements and advisory matters
- Residential and commercial property transactions
- Off the plan developments
- Property acquisitions and disposals
- Government and social housing related property matters
- General commercial and transactional work
This position would suit a lawyer who enjoys managing transactions from start to finish, building strong client relationships and working closely with experienced partners who are invested in mentoring and career progression.

About You To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
- 5-10 years PQE in commercial law, property law, or a combination of both
- Strong transactional experience
- Experience managing client relationships autonomously
- Commercially focused problem solving skills
- Excellent communication and drafting abilities
- A genuine interest in building a long-term career within a collaborative firm environment
