Our client is a well-established bookkeeping firm, located in Melbourne whose clients range from small to medium sized businesses. They boast modern offices, a loyal client portfolio, and a real passion for client businesses.
This role would involve supervising and assisting a team of 10-15 bookkeepers in compliance work and taxation.
You may be responsible for: - End to end payroll – Processing pay runs, superannuation, payroll tax, and WorkCover
- Updating practice and client files using MYOB or XERO for monthly reporting
- Taxation and financial advice
- Account Reconciliation
- Auditing and debt collection
- Business support for the practice
- Building client relationships and providing on-going support.
- Month end journals including balance day adjustments
- Supporting other team members
