An exciting opportunity has become available for a Senior Family Law Legal Assistant to join a well-established Melbourne CBD law firm.

Working alongside an experienced Family Law team, you will provide high-level support across a broad range of complex family law matters, including high-net-worth property settlements, parenting matters, financial agreements, maintenance issues, divorce and child support.
The Role You will play a key role supporting the wider Family Law team, with responsibilities including: - Preparing correspondence, Court documents and briefs to Counsel
- Diary and calendar management
- Preparing and filing Court documents
- Trial preparation and brief management
- Liaising with clients, Barristers and other external parties
- Maintaining electronic files and document management
- Billing and general practice administration
- Providing high-level support across a busy Family Law practice
About You To be successful in this position, you will have: - A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Family Law Legal Assistant
- Strong experience supporting complex Family Law matters
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities
- A proactive, professional and team-focused approach
